A Solet is an independent provider who offers sessions through the platform. Solets are not employees of Soleae. They choose which services to offer, which bookings to accept, and what their boundaries are.

**Do I have to be 18?**
Yes. Soleae is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, both clients and Solets. Age verification is required at signup, and accounts that cannot be verified are removed.

## Sessions
**What happens during a session?**
Sessions centre on the feet appreciation, massage, light touch, and similar attention, according to what the Solet offers and what both people agree to in advance. The specifics are set out in the booking before anyone commits.
**Are sessions sexual?**
No. Soleae sessions are non-sexual. Intimate contact of any kind is outside what the platform permits, and requesting it is grounds for removal. Solets may decline or end any session where this boundary is not respected.
**How long is a session?**
Length is set by the Solet and shown on their profile. Most offer several options so you can choose what suits you.
**Where do sessions take place?**
Location options are listed on each Solet's profile and may include a hotel, a private residence or a short-term rental. Both people confirm the location during booking. Never agree to a location outside the platform.
**Can I request something specific?**
Yes. Booking includes a preferences step where you can note what you are looking for. Solets review this before accepting and may decline anything outside what they offer.

**How do I book?**
Create an account, complete age verification, browse Solets by location and service, then request a time. The Solet confirms or declines. You will receive details once confirmed.
**How do I pay?**
Payment is taken through the platform at the time of booking. Do not pay a Solet directly — off-platform payment removes your protections and breaches the terms of use.
**Is there a subscription?**

**What if I need to cancel?**

Breaches lead to removal, and serious ones are reported to the appropriate authorities.
**Can a Solet refuse or end a session?**
Yes, at any point and for any reason. Solets keep full control over what they agree to and can stop a session that becomes uncomfortable. This is not negotiable and does not require justification.
**What safety measures are in place?**
Verified profiles, in-platform messaging so you never share personal contact details, in-platform payment, a review system, and a reporting route available before, during and after a session.
**How do I report a problem?**
Use the report option on the profile or booking, or contact support directly. Reports are confidential and are reviewed promptly.
